  • 4 cups of water.
  • 4 tablespoons of crushed coffee.
  • 1 tablespoon of Cardamom.

How to prepare:

  • Put the water in the pot specialized for coffee on the fire until boiling.
  • Add coffee and cardamom to the water while stirring.
  • Reduce the heat and leave the mixture to boil for a quarter of an hour.
  • Filter the coffee and pour it into a thermos so that it stays hot for as long as possible.

Note: Arabic coffee with ginger can be prepared by adding a teaspoon of fresh or dried ginger with cardamom to get a distinct flavor and to get many benefits.

How to prepare Arabic coffee with saffron

How to prepare it?

  • Purify the Saudi coffee beans from impurities well.
  • Roast the coffee beans well until the desired degree of roasting is reached, which is preferably medium between yellow and brown.
  • Put the boiling water in the coffee pot, add the coffee while stirring until it boils.
  • Reduce the fire while the mix is boiling for 15 - 30 minutes or deposit components in the bottom of the coffee pot.
  • Add spices to the coffee pot and keep the mix on low fire for another five minutes.
  • Filter the components and put the coffee into the Dallah or thermos to preserve its temperature.

  • Pressure cooker.
  • 1 1/2 cup peanuts.
  • 1 cup of peeled almonds.
  • 1/2 cup sesame.
  • 2 tablespoons of coffee husk.
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon.
  • sugar as you prefer.
  • 10 cups of water.

How to prepare it?

  • Put the peanuts and almonds with the water in the pressure cooker on a high fire.
  • Let the mix boil on high fire for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce the fire to medium while the mix is cooked for 15 minutes.
